HOW TO BECOME A DISTRIBUTOR
A Fern-C Independent Distributor is a business person who purchases the product from FERN or any FERNchise-C outlet for retail and/or personal consumption. The independent Distributor must be of legal age.
How to become an Independent Distributor
1. Attend the Product and Business Preview (PBP) to evaluate the potential of the business.
2. Purchase the initial required products at the Retail Price to be a member.
3. Sign the Fern Negosyante Application Form to become a Fern-C Independent Distributor.
Once you have signed up and become a member, you may now participate in the FERNegosyo business by building your network of users and sellers.
THE FERN BUSINESS PLAN
The FERN Business Plan revolves around the concept of sharing the product, thereby, sharing the income potential. It was so designed that the compensation works as hard as you work.As an Independent Distributor, there are six (6) ways to earn!
1. Direct Override Rebate – A member earns P500 rebate from the initial purchase of a new member he/she directly sponsors into the business. This rebate is paid outright.
2. Retail Profits – Avail of 33% member’s discount and earn retail profits outright by selling the product at the Retail Price of P750/box to non-members and users.
3. Referror’s Fee of 2% - a member earns the monthly 2% Referror’s Fee on the monthly purchase volume of a referred FERNchise-C.
4. Sales Rebates and Patronage Bonus – The rebates are based on purchases made by members you sponsor and your group.
5. Consumer Build-up Bonus (CB) – Additional bonus awaits a member on monthly personal purchases based on position.
6. FERNegosyante Bonus Pool – Once a member achieves the position of FERNegosyante, he/she is entitled to participate in the FERNegosyante Bonus Pool as determined by the company. A FERNegosyante shall share in this bonus pool pro-rata.
